enjoybet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at enjoybet's sole discretion.
You may close your enjoybet account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and AML compliance checks.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
